4G in more places - If you have 4G-compatible equipment and a compatible Price Plan, you can use the EE 4G network to make and receive calls (including internet phone calls known as VoIP) and texts and use the internet. EE will always try to provide a high-quality network to you. However, EE cannot guarantee that they will always be able to provide network coverage. You need to check the coverage you might get before buying the services on our coverage checker, which can be found on their website (ee.co.uk/coverage). The availability and quality of the services are affected by a number of things such as the number of people using the network and your location.

BT Sport - The app is an inclusive benefit of business extra and business select plans as well as hand-picked sim only and mobile broadband tariffs. When you download and use the BT Sport app, you will use data that may decrement from your price plan’s inclusive allowance.

EU Roaming - Customers on eligible plans will be able to use their minutes, texts and data at no extra cost when roaming in the EU/EEA. Speed and service will vary depending on the service available in the country you visit. You must be normally resident in the UK. Deposit may be required in limited circumstances. Apple Music Membership - Offer available to customers with EE pay monthly or SIM only phone plans. Individual Apple Music Membership is free for 6 months and for 6 months, data used whilst streaming/downloading from Apple Music whilst in the UK will not decrement from your plan’s data allowance. 6 months’ data streaming not available to Business Connect customers. After 6 months, membership automatically renews and you’ll be charged £9.99 a month unless you cancel. Smart Benefits - Business Extra and Business Unlimited plans have three add-ons that can be added exclusively to these price plans. They are not available for any other price plans. Partner Discounts – Some tariffs may include a partner discount from A1 Comms. These discounts will remain on your account for the duration of your contract (12, 24, 36 months). After this period the price will revert to full price if you haven’t upgraded or changed tariff.

Data Speeds – Advertised 4G speeds are available in selected areas. Exact speed depends on location and number of users. Check coverage using the link in the shopping basket before buying.

Allowances - Use your allowance to call/text UK mobiles and landlines starting 01, 02 and 03 when in the UK or EU/EEA; to call/text EU/EEA mobiles & landlines when roaming in EU/EEA (outside UK); Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man treated as EU/EEA. Out of allowance calls to these numbers cost 40p/min.

Connecting Partner Authorisation - you agree that the connecting Partner may have access to your Account and the ability to obtain billing information, make changes (with the exception of requesting PAC codes or account closures) and add products/services to your account. You accept and agree that you are responsible for all changes made to your account including any and all charges which may arise as a result of actions pursuant to this authorisation. You agree that EE shall not be liable for any actions taken by EE in fulfilling requests from the connecting Partner. This authority will continue until you revoke it by emailing [email protected].
