What is SIM Only?

It’s essentially a way of keeping your existing handset yet still potentially receive a higher level of service. You get a new plan without a new handset.

We’ll give you everything you need to access calls, minutes, texts and data and all you have to do is pop it into your phone. It couldn’t be simpler.

Why Should You Choose It?

Of course, the main consideration with business SIMO deals is whether you want, or need, new handsets. You may already have phones you like, devices that don’t need replacing or even be planning on purchasing them separately.

There’s not too much difference compared to other plans, either. In the majority of cases, you get all of the usual benefits, amenities and perks of a standard tariff meaning you’re guaranteed lightning fast connectivity and a huge allowance of calls and minutes to boot. The only real difference is you will probably end up paying less each month.

Are They Cost-Effective?

The most obvious price-cut is in the monthly charge. The associated costs to cover the price of new devices isn’t attached.

If you’re worried that you might not get the inclusive allowances you might with other tariffs, don’t fret. Even with a lower cost, you can still get superfast 4G connection speeds and a hefty allowance with many of these plans - wonderful if you’re on the go a lot and away from Wi-Fi connection points.

Some companies rely on employees being out of the office, so this makes things easy and cheap for them to stay connected and keep collaborating. It’s a win for everybody.

Are They Just for Phones?

No, not at all. Our range of options isn’t confined to use in mobile phones. SIM enabled laptops and tablets can also be used in conjunction with these tariffs, allowing you to connect and sync with office systems, gain access to emails, download, edit and transfer documents and files, participate in video calls and so much more.

This great range promotes versatility, compatibility and collaboration over long distances. Everything you need to ensure that whatever the device, you’re covered wherever you are.

How Would You Know What Size SIM You Need?

Today’s SIMs come in three sizes. The standard version is 15 x 25mm. A smaller type, Micro, is 12 x 15mm. Then there’s the Nano at just 8.8 x 12.3mm. As you’d expect, the size required depends on the phone you’re using, and you’ll want to make sure you get it right.

Fortunately, there’s no danger of a mistake. SIMs are sent out as a combination of all three, kind of like template to choose from. All you do is identify which size you need. From there you can pop out one of the smaller options if need be.
